All About Pets at Nexus Luxury Apartments
We’re pet people too and size doesn’t matter! This is life with pets. The community’s fenced dog run is a great place to get out the zoomies. Let’s set up a meeting with you and your pet and get you started. No Weight Or Breed Restrictions.

All About Applying to Rent An Apartment at Nexus Luxury Apartments
- Application – Each person age 18+ needs to complete an application and be listed on the lease. Each application is $55 and covers credit, rental, and criminal background history. This is due at the time of application.
- Security Deposit – The final amount of the security deposit is determined by the qualifications of the application and ranges from $250 to 2 months of rent. The security deposit is refundable when you move out.
- Administrative Fee – There is a $199 non-refundable administrative fee. This is due by your move-in date.

All About Utilities: Water, Trash Removal, Internet, and Electricity at Nexus
- Water – Water is already connected and Residents pay this utility based on usage with their monthly rent.
- Trash Removal – We offer valet trash removal so you don’t have to carry your trash farther than your front door! Residents pay $30 monthly for this door-to-door 5 days/week service.
- Internet/Cable – Each apartment home is wired for super high speed internet. Each resident can connect the provider of their choice.
- Electricity – Electricity is already connected and Residents pay this utility based on usage with their monthly rent.
- Utility Connection – There is a $10 utility connection fee and a $7/mo billing fee.

Amenities Fee – There is a $15 monthly amenity fee. This is due with your monthly rent.
The Fitness Center saves you money on a gym membership! There’s plenty of room to do aerobics, plyometrics, pilates, kettlebells, and TRX exercises. There’s a whole row of cardio machines, strength training machines and equipment, and virtual fitness.
The Clubroom is a welcoming space to unwind on your own or reserve it to invite family & friends for a private get-together.
The swimming pool is a saltwater pool with tanning ledge and huge sun deck with lounge chairs and poolside WiFi. The covered outdoor lounge with TV is open year-round. Shuffleboard is fun to play with friends and neighbors. The grills and firepit are powered by propane that makes clean-up super easy and is open year-round.
