Scheduling an in-person or LIVE video tour
Seeing the community first hand is the best way to know for sure if it feels right for you. You meet the staff on site, see the home with your own eyes, and meet your new neighbors! We understand you may not always be able to come see us in person, though, so we offer LIVE video tours! This is a great way to still “meet” us if you’re out of state, have no upcoming days off, or just don’t feel like doing the walking!
Here’s how to do it:
- Visit our Website and scroll down to choose your destination.
- Click “Schedule a Tour” from the banner at the top of the screen
- Scroll down to “Live Tour” and click “Schedule a Live Tour”
- Scroll down past the photo at the top of the screen
- Select “In-Person Tour” or “Live Video Tour”
- Choose a convenient date and time that works for you
- Enter your information, budget, and how many bedrooms you want
- Click “Book Tour” at the bottom left side of the page
- You will receive an email confirming your tour!
Exploring 3D tours on our website
Technology is great, isn’t it? We have detailed 3D floor plans available on our community websites to give you an advance look at what Boyd Homes has to offer! This is a great way prepare yourself before your in-person or LIVE video tour. Step into Virtual Reality and “walk” through all our floor plans!
Here’s how to do it:
- Visit our Website and scroll down to choose your destination.
- Click on “Gallery”
- Click on the Floor Plan you’d like to 3D tour
- A new tab will open on your computer or mobile device
- Click and drag for 360 degree views of every point in the home
- Move freely through the floor plan, zoom in, and take measurements!
- Stay as long as you like. You have 24/7 access!
