Housing Families First’s mission is to provide families experiencing homelessness with the tools to achieve housing stability. Their goal is not only to assist families in finding permanent housing but also to ensure that each family has access to the supportive services necessary to sustain housing in the long run.

Boyd Homes’ real estate agents who sell houses built by Boyd Homes work with outside brokers who represent the buyers 7 out of 10 times. We thought a great incentive and gesture of appreciation to outside agents with buyers would be to donate $500 in the buyer agent’s name for every house sold with a co-broker. We just had our first 2 homes close with co-brokers and 2 more are in the works!

We also wanted to involve Element at Stonebridge, our luxury apartment community in Chesterfield, in giving back to the community. Element at Stonebridge is now collecting donations of household goods mist needed by Housing Families First families from both their residents and the public.
