If you’re reading this our guess is you’re either taking a break from shoveling yourself out of your neighborhood or you’re taking a break from eating the giant pot of chili you made on Saturday. If that’s you, pause and grab a glass of water (or milk if the chili is super spicy) and look up. We’re about to brighten your day! You’ve been working hard and so has our awesome construction team! Winter weather hasn’t stopped our crew (yet!) from plugging away at building your next home. And now we’re super excited to announce that we will be starting Group Hard Hat Tours in the next couple weeks (exact days and times will be announced as soon as the construction team gives us the thumbs up)!

We're so excited to see our latest project, Element at Stonebridge, taking shape! Walking through the framed units it's easy to envision what the finished product will look like. From the 10' ceilings on the first floor to the number of windows in each of the units to the large areas for our residents to just hang out and enjoy life; it's simply amazing.
It's confirmed; the new Madison model is STUNNING. This morning, at the annual Richmond Parade of Homes breakfast, we were honored with the award of 'best curb appeal.' We couldn't be more proud of our team and the work they put in to make this home truly spectacular.
It's that moment when you wonder ... will they really like me? Ok, so maybe that's an exaggeration, but sometimes we put so much heart and soul into our projects that we actually start to identify with them as ourselves.
